Stephen started work on Thursday, the 22nd. He did a phenomenal job, and left the job site very clean. I am very happy with all aspects of the irrigation overhaul. "Had a water supply failure on a 25+ year old system. Alex, from Ames Landscaping, responded to our request promptly and within a few days was back to do the repair. The water supply to the risers had a break under the footing wall of a short planter slump block wall. Alex carefully removed the overhanging concrete and repaired the break, along with rebuilding the sprinkler manifold. He finished the job in a timely fashion and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I'm considering using this service to de-thatch the lawn this winter. I was very pleased with their service."

"After a free design for the back yard, I selected Apollo for their reasonable price compared to another company. They did the job very quickly in spite of rain delays. They had different crews for different jobs. One crew took out the turf, front and back yards and filled in the base. Another crew installed the pavers in the back yard after adding sand and compacting the area, A third crew installed the artificial grass. Another person was assigned to finish cleaning up the area. it looks great."

Ali was very knowledgeable about details and was able to revise his proposal on the fly while meeting with us to fit within our budget, while still achieving our aesthetic goals. Work started promptly, and generally proceeded uninterrupted, with only one or two exceptions. As a rule, there was some work done every day, and occasionally a large team showed up to complete a phase of the project before the weekend. All of RES's workers and project manager were very courteous and professional. Some changes were made at our request along the way with reasonable change in cost. Also, some undesirable variations from the plan occurred, but these were promptly corrected upon request. A more formal change order process may have avoided these deviations, but the final product was of excellent, showing obvious pride in work quality, and Ali had many helpful suggestions along the way. Final cleanup currently underway."

When the amount of removals and replacement parts exceeded the original estimate I was notified promptly for approval. The overall price was fair and the quality of the work excellent, given that this was the repair of an existing fence rather than installation of all new fencing. I'd hire TLC again."
