"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

Jesse came out to clean the pipes as we were told it was a grease buildup. He discovered that in fact there were two bellies in the pipe and it would continue to clog in that area and backup. He came back the next day with his crew and they dug down to the line and repaired the pipe, leveling it out for proper drainage. He was very thorough and spent countless hours doing the repair. This was a Sunday and they worked all day. We have never had a problem since then. We will definitely call them back out if we ever need service in the future."
