"Professional. Specialized. I had a leak and the owner, Larry, did the inspection. However, he moved some tiles to try and cover the leaking spot even though I had not hired him yet! Because of their packed schedule, I expected to split the installation with months in between. Surprise - they showed up and announced they would complete the whole roof! I liked that the individuals were specialized in their part of the project. Noise was minimal. I was at home during the process. They were careful to keep the debris in their trailer. Tarps even covered the driveway. The tile was custom cut on site as needed. I planned a whole week and it was finished in four days. The office staff was always available to answer my questions. This was a good experience."

"The old peeling painted surfaces were expertly and seamlessly repaired. Shai's workman was an artist, hand-mixing the materials to match exactly the old surfaces, so it all looks like new. The water damage was a longer and more complicated process, involving assessment of water still within the wall (yes), asbestos testing ( positive), and abatement, all before Above & Beyond could start work. When they did, it went as smoothly as possible:The men moved all my bedroom furniture, which includes heavy 250-year-old chests, took down 10-foot-tall curtains and pelmets: scraped and evened out the cement floor, adding a coat of cement, replacing insulation and drywall, installing LVT flooring, and painting. Then they replaced all the furniture. Shai, himself, is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. These traits filter down to his crews. Everything went as he said, on schedule, with no drama and no fuss. Moreover, when the insurance company was slow in sending the check, he was very understanding, and assured me he would hold my credit card information until the check came in. I cannot praise this company, and the owner, highly enough. Both experiences with them have been a real pleasure - even with my bedroom sitting in the rest of the house! Shai's quiet competence and managerial abilities filter down to his work crew, making everything transparent, smoothly predictable, and very well done. The results have been outstanding, and if I win a lottery, I will hire them again, to redo the whole house!"

"Contractor was responsive and prompt in addressing minor issues commonly encountered when a roof is replaced after 25 years. The roof was successfully installed and looks great. The perimeter of the house was cleaned and free from debris after the job was completed. The new roof has weathered the recent hail storms and rain with no problems. "We had a bad leak. Green Mountain Contractors (Zach and Joleen) inspected our roof and found extensive hail damage and several other problems. We had our insurance provider send out an inspector prior to Green Mountains assessment, so we had an accurate confirmation of the damage. All of the problems were addressed in a professional manner. Their team removed three layers of old asphalt and one wood shingle layer. After this Herculean effort they replaced the decking (wood planks) with pressure treated wood and Owens Corning TruDefinitionDuration shingles with a life time warranty. We also had new fascia board and an attic vent installed. Green Mountain took care of all the insurance paperwork and phoncalls and regularly kept us informed. They removed all debris and protected the landscaping . The crew was polite and informed us of any delays(rain and wind).
