"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"The wrong shower tile was installed, the exhaust fan/light was not installed and not left at the job site, grab bar was not installed as requested, work site was left a mess. When concerns were voiced to the owner he stated "That's how we always do it" and that my disappointment was a list of "petty stuff". He advised that his customers were always satisfied and I had yelled and cursed at him which was not the way he does business. I may have yelled, but I was not a satisfied customer and wanted at least some sort of apology or indication that he had some responsibility in not doing the job as expected. That did not happen. Two and a half weeks later, I made a second call. He did offer to "fix" two of my issues (threshold not level with hall floor and install fan/light so that the light would work with the old fan - I had expected to have the new fan and light installed). I declined his offer as I have no faith that his fix will be any better than the work already done. I live out of state and would not be on site to see what was done. Additionally, there is no way for him to "fix" the wrong tile, the fan/light I provided and paid for is gone, as is the leftover paint that I paid for and I have already cleaned/scrubbed walls, floor, toilet, vanity, mirror and light fixture which all had grout or paint left on them. "It was a major thunder storm and a previous leaking area, that we thought had been repaired resurfaced. We needed to have the leak path identified and repaired ASAP. The owner responded to our call right away and provided answers to all of our questions regarding the repair process. The installer, Jeff, arrived early on the day of the job and thoroughly cleaned up the work site after completion. Another thunder shower appeared the day after the repair, no leak, we're extremely pleased. You the man Edgar, and you too Jeff!"
