"We have been so impressed with Paul Daniels and his crew! They have done beautiful work quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They completely remodeled our kitchen and baths, replaced the basement paneling with drywall, painted the whole house and garage and stained our deck, power washed the exterior and much more. I have since hired them again to replace our chimney cap and flashing. Another outstanding job at a great price. Each time, they did excellent work. When they finished they cleaned up thoroughly. It’s been 5 years since our new roof was installed and I have found a total of 5 dropped roofing nails in the bushes. That’s incredible. They literally got on their hands and knees to search for ones that dropped and picked them up. The crews are very friendly and professional. Mr Ellis, the owner, is also very friendly, professional, thorough and honest. He won’t try to talk you in to something you don’t need. His prices are very reasonable. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
