They spent 45 minutes cleaning and charged additional money above the quote for a total of $318.00. Their air sayscarpet would dry in a couple of hours. 24 hours later the carpet was so wet it squelched when walked on and several stains remained. When I called to ask them to come back per their 100 satisfaction grantee, I was told that my husband was told to replace the carpet. And they would not come back. We rented a small carpet cleaner and removed a huge amount of soil the "professionals couldn't get out.. I wish I could post photos of what they cleaned and what we cleaned over the same area.?"
