Sara, the daughter of a contractor, is a lawyer by training and holds both a construction supervisor and real estate broker license. She began her career in real estate and construction in 2018, first by focusing on her family’s portfolio of properties. Sara manages over 150 homes and apartments in Cambridge, Charlestown, and Quincy. Estenio and Sara began collaborating in 2018, developing properties for APD's sister company, Cambridge Prime, and started American Precision in 2021. American Precision specializes in renovation and restoration of existing properties to fit the needs of both homeowners and developers.
