"My wife and I were looking to have an addition built on our 2 bedroom / 1 bath home back in the winter of 2022. After a phone conversation with Richard, we decided to have him come out to the house. He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. "Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. They were great giving us advice to improve on things that we wanted done, so they look and work better with a given space. We are very happy again. Thank you Perry Brothers!"

"I had an excellent experience with The Curtice Group. I would highly recommend them and I'd use them again for a future project. We utilized the full design to build service to add a master bedroom/bath/closet, a 2nd floor 3x10 balcony, and renovate a number of items associated with the build including a re-build of an existing bathroom.  We live in an old house and Scott did a fantastic job making use of space and working with the house limitations, and overall, giving us lots of details and options as we had back/forth meetings on the concept.  The design process was great. We had a number of meetings starting from a wish list that expanded to initial design concepts and then to more final concepts. Scott made excellent use of space and gave us a lot of options which for budget reasons, we had to slowly narrow things down to a final concept. The build was equally fantastic. Not only was the quality extremely high but they stayed on schedule and never skipped days; there was always a team working every day. The workers and subs were reliable and on schedule, which you dont see too much of. Not only that but juggling/managing the schedule when the different subs had to show up was very impressive as the goals for each week were always met. Scott and his team really care to make a top-quality build. A few family members in construction walked through a few times and commented on the high quality of everything.  The house had two surprises as we things opened up.  Somewhat expected as unwelcome as it was: a bad foundation and a roof with upgrades needed. Both these items were attended to very quickly and surprisingly got back on track sooner than I thought it would.  Budget: Scott's budget was extremely accurate. Aside from the 2 house surprises (above) and the additional rise in lumber cost during COVID, all numbers and quotes lined up extremely well. Yes the cost went over the estimate but I hold no concern over this, since it was due to two extra side projects (that were impressive accomplishments). When the project was done Scott made sure we were happy with everything. A few items to touch up were quickly dealt with and Scott really went above and beyond making sure things were 100%. No negative comments from me. Any items to nit-pick are not worth putting in a review: this was an extremely positive experience and I would recommend the Curtice Group and would/will certainly utilize them again in the future."

Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. He and his crew came punctually and on the schedule that Antonio had laid out for us.  They were meticulous in their clean-up as well.

The quality of Antonio's work, as well as his careful product research and commitment to our satisfaction, totally surpassed our expectations.  We do not hesitate in recommending Antonio, and plan to have him renovate our bathroom in the Spring."

As project continued he kept us up to date and pointed out issues with existing structure around floor and window. Within few months the bathroom remodel was complete. "Sanfer and subs did a great job on our house addition. Added a basement in law apt. Dug out and dug down. Family room, office above. Left a previous review but forgot to include electrical in the services. Thought Sanfer and subs did a nice job helping with decision making and installation. He had thoughtful suggestions that were experienced based. Appreciated that. Very pleased with outcome."

"Excellent! Liam is a quality craftsman. If you want someone who is professional, polite, and has an eye for detail then hire him. Liam not only picked out a quality door, but hung it to perfection. From the start, he was in touch with me via text. He sent me a photo of the door before ordering. He said it would take about 10 days to come in. He contacted me when the door was in and set up a date for install. He arrived 15 minutes early! , but didn’t ring my doorbell till 7am. He built a new door casing and installed a beautiful oak sill. He installed the door and provided plastic on the outside to protect it from the coming rain. ( not all contractors would do that) He cleaned up after the job and sent me a text to let me know the job was done. ( I was working in my office in the house). Liam is an A+ contractor. He does everything right from start to finish. He is exceptional and has a fair price. I will definitely hire him again for any future house projects, and you should too!"
