"The Kinsellabuilt team is outstanding - they managed through a full gut remodel of our ~1,925 sqft home in a little over 5 months from when we got our initial quote. They have a great eye for design as well, which we found really helpful - they would ask us for input on decisions where we had personal preferences and took care of the small decisions where we didn't have preferences in ways that made a lot of sense. This was our first remodel and they were really great about giving us advice and steering us away from decisions that might be costly or not work well. They are highly responsive and quick to resolve issues. We were also really impressed by their accuracy on the cost estimate. They charged us exactly what they said they would, and anything that added cost was discussed, agreed to beforehand, and documented on the invoices. Even with the cost increases, almost all of which was due to us increasing scope, we came in within 5% of the original estimate. Would highly recommend!"

"I truly cannot express how AMAZING Carlos and his crew is and wish that I’d met him two years ago. We were at the tail end of a major renovation that we’d started with another contractor and it was full of all the horror stores that you’d expect; people not showing up, shoddy work, constant delays and more. We’d spoken with a bunch of other builders and had similar results; we were at our wits end and truly wished we’d never started this project that we’d long dreamed of doing. After reading Carlos’ reviews, I called him, resigned to the fact that this would be another frustrating dead-end and explained the status of our project; he came out the next day and sent two crews of carpenters the day after that. In four days, Carlos did what our previous contractor hadn’t been able to do in fourteen months! He fixed a ton of poorly done work (including a set of winding oak stairs- no small feat!) and finished our project in ways we could not have imagined a week ago. Literally every day, my wife and I would say to ourselves, “is this really happening?!” Our house looks amazing, the craftsmanship is incredible and we couldn’t be happier. All of his carpenters are excellent to work with, communicate their ideas clearly, and are extremely clean. They offered ideas as to best use the space without adding to the budget and even fixed things I hadn’t noticed were installed wrong by the previous contractor. "Coen was responsive during storms and as thorough as any of the other vendors we've tried. The team was responsive to feedback and kept us safe through the worst winter. We needed to do some detail work ourselves to make sure vents were clear but Coen took care of the heavy lifting. It took awhile to lock in a final contract - Scott was very responsive in sending an initial draft but took some following up to get the clarifications we were looking for. Still, we decided to go with them because their rates were competitive, reasonable, and they made multiple trips to deal with build up in the event of larger storm.  <br /> <br />"
