"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"John and his team are phenomenal. They responded to our request immediately, came out to scope the job which they completed beautifully in a matter of a couple of days. They fixed our grout issues, regrouted the shower and other areas that showed wear over time. They matched the existing grout perfectly. They are also incredibly neat workers - no mess at all nor clean-up necessary on our part. Would use again in a heartbeat!"

"Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. Recently I needed an electrician to install an outdoor outlet and Joe sent out an electrician that did the job in a few hours. "I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kinsella! For starters, we had gone through NINETEEN other contractors before we found Kinsella. Many said the job was too big or too small, but a half dozen of them said they could/would do the job, and then totally ghosted during the quoting process. In hindsight, I am so glad that they did so that we could end up with Kinsella. The whole Kinsella team was so kind, professional, punctual every day, did PHENOMENAL work, and always took the time to answer any questions we had and explain to us in detail what was going on in the project. They even provided some guidance for us for other changes we plan to make to our home in the future. For our project, they removed a load bearing wall and installed a 22' beam, removed/moved/replaced electrical according to the removed wall, removed the old electrical baseboard heaters in the home, added recessed lighting, and installed a center kitchen island with electrical hook ups. (Please note, per our choice, the scope of our project did not include paint, flooring, or island countertop installation. That's why the photos I attached have the space still "unfinished"). The work they did was so perfect, it looks like there was never a wall there. The way they explained the structural changes and even pointed out (and corrected!) some issues with the original build of our home made us so confident in the work they were doing. Even the inspectors were very complimentary. Our contractor communicated excellently through every step. The owner of the group was in constant contact. From day 1, they made it so clear how much they cared and how seriously they took the job. I really can't say enough good things about them."

"John is the best! We obtained 3-4 quotes for our full bathroom remodel. Everyone else estimated 6+ weeks to remodel the bathroom - which is our only shower. John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. Since then we have had John's team back on a number of projects: to replace our fireplace mantle and staircase, and repaint our first floor. He also installed new pantry cabinets in our kitchen and new flooring in our basement. John is now our go to guy for all our home repair needs. He's great - can't recommend high enough!"
