"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"I couldn't be happier with AK Waterproofing! Jose and another young man were here on time and had to return the next day to finish up. They worked on my basement a total of 18 hrs with only a short break for lunches. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up when the job was complete. I highly recommend AK Waterproofing and Jose!"

"Will & Frank were great. They dug up an area from the outside and installed a French drain that went all the way to my backyard fence. No leak with today?s rain! Works splendidly!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Review for Vasquez Waterproofing Vasquez Waterproofing did an outstanding job installing a French drain in both my front and back yards, and they also tackled some pretty extensive water damage around my front bay window. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the entire project was completed in just two days — super efficient. Big shoutout to Jack for his excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were kept, and the worksite was left clean. I’d absolutely recommend Vasquez Waterproofing for any drainage or water damage projects. In fact, I’m already in talks with them about another job. Solid team, great results."

"Everything went smoothly from the initial inspection with John through the install of the foundation support and jacks with Will, Brian and Steven. Everything was top notch and the quality of the materials is far superior. Even has some other contractors that were impressed with their work. They were professional, cleaned up everything, friendly and answered all my questions. Was able to get a successful raising of the house and I know it’s going to last now. Never was upsold on anything and have recommendations and things to watch for for future issues potential. Would recommend them to anyone needing support or foundation work done. Only problem was the wait to get them, but it was worth it!"

"Great job, great prices, great service!!!"

"I can’t recommend Crawlspace Ninja of Alpharetta enough for their exceptional crawl space encapsulation and basement waterproofing services! I was dealing with high humidity and musty odors in my home. I searched for the best crawl space repair near me and found Crawlspace Ninja. From the first call, Edwin and Jordan and team were professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. They conducted a thorough inspection, complete with humidity and temperature readings, and explained exactly what my crawl space needed—no upselling or unnecessary fixes, which I really appreciated. The crawl space encapsulation they performed was top-notch, using high-quality materials to seal everything perfectly. Some other companies were trying to sell me on 120mil vapor barrier, but through the Crawlspace YouTube videos and talking with Jordan I learned that those extra thick vapor barriers are actually multiple barriers adhered to itself so they trap odor and moisture and therefore reduce longevi"
