"The process went exceptionally well. What I liked most about Adrian and his team is their willingness to listen to my design ideas. They would also recommend efficient and cost effective ways to achieve those design goal and maintain the project schedule. Quality of work: The client was particular about the tilework and its installation, because the goal was to create a monolithic appearance in the bathroom . European Construction team rose to the challenge on this project illustrating detailed craftsmanship. The end product was a sleek, modern bathroom. Along with being professional, punctual, they stayed on budget and completed the project on time."

"I've used Irish for a couple of things now, this fixture install as well as an attic fan install previously. They were friendly, and knocked the job right out. One fixture required a new box, but since they were finishing so quickly and they had one already, they threw that in."

"Overall - just fair.
It was difficult to manage the job remotely, but the simple elements of attention todetail were missing.
I was given a time that the work would start, and it kept changing., and a time that the work would be completed which was not kept to.
The core work of replacing the walls, tile etc was done to a good standard, it was the additional elements that were paid for that caused the trouble. Removal of a shower screen in the second bathroom left sealant all arount, holes in the wall unfilled, and the shower curtain pole not fitted. I had to call again to get the work finished, taking extra time.
It was an unusual job that I was managing remotely, and the co
mpany handled that well - but overall the attention to detail was just missing for me, so I would not hire them again.

"Called The Plumbologist  up on a Friday afternoon and they were here in 30-45 mins. Very professional, friendly and reasonable costs-wise. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again as I will probably need a new water heater soon. Thanks Plumbologist, great job!"

"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. Without reservation I can give Charles Home Improvement my highest recommendation. Bruce W."

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List !  She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete.  I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

"The workers were very polite from start to finish. They applied the wallpaper. After they left I noticed a lot of bubbles in the wallpaper and unevenness."
