"The GC, Don came out to give the estimate. He was knalagble and have a detailed list of what was going to be done and how long it would take. The estimate came in half of what the others 3 companies, I'm not sure if this was done on purpose to get the job or not. There was an issue with the old paint that was on the walls prior to starting the job. Don found a solution to fix it for the new paint that was going on over the old paint. This fix was part of the ariganal estimate. The work started on time with Melbin. Melbin had a hard time following the work listed on the estimate. He tried adding thing to the work that was called out for. He also went to the pait store to find out how to deal with the paint issue when that was already addressed. The store associated came up with a different solution that would cost me more for the work. Melbin called Don and Don called me to let me know it would cost me almost as much as the ariganal estimate. Work was stopped for less than half a day."

"I just had my bathtub reglazed this week. My first conversation was with Nick S., the operation manager, who was very responsive, efficient, and transparent from the beginning to the end. He came out to my house on time, set up the appointment for the project. and was very accommodating to the needs. He assigned Archil on my project. Archil showed a little later than our appointment time, but I understood why when he started on my project. Archil is very careful, thorough, and detail-oriented. His prep work was meticulous, and when he finished the job after the two days of hard work, I ended up with a new bathtub! Since he was so meticulous, it took him longer than the scheduled duration but I loved it! I would work with Nick and Archil any time in the future when I have surface refinishing task at home. The owner, Eric, spent a lot of time with us understanding the "look" we wanted and helped us choose the products accordingly. He has a great selection from which to choose, btw. We scheduled the installation about a month in advance. Eric's tile guy was AMAZING. I've never seen a contractor work so fast, meticulously and competently. He tore out the old flooring and laid the tile on day one. Left no mess and hauled away all the old flooring. He came back the next day and grouted the tile. It looks fantastic. It is one of the most "wow-factor" rooms in our home. The next day, the carpet guy arrived and we had our new carpet installed in a couple of hours. Again - a hard-working, fast and very competent worker. Overall, we have been extremely happy with this whole process. Not only was Eric great in helping us decide what to get - but his crews were efficient, fast and do great work. I've hired a lot of contractors in my years, but this has to have been one of the better experiences. I'd use them again. HIGHLY recommended! A+"

"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

"Yes, the job was well done and on time. We had a problem with the tile and grout in our walk-in shower. He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. We highly recommend this gentleman."
