Almost immediately, I received a call from Rich and while he was on the phone, he asked me to send over pictures of my 16 year old Water Heater Tank that needed to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price for both a Tank and Tankless water heater and I decided to go Tankless. Rich and two colleagues showed up the next morning, removed the old Water Heater Tank and built out a plywood mount to install a new tankless water heater directly behind where the old tank was, taking up less space. Rich and his colleagues completed the job exactly as described, and Rich called later that afternoon to make sure everything was running great!"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Discovered our 6 yo gas water heater developed a leak. Decided to call on these guys as they provide the annual maintenance for our A/C and furnace. Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. "Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"HARP was prompt, courteous and the two reps went right to work on our normal maintenance cleaning of our heating and hot water heater, under our contract for service. We take issue with the relentless up selling they attempted with my husband. Some of it would of had us pay a great deal of money, that was not necessary at this time. I appreciate having potential problems pointed out, but this was overkill. A written assessment of future potential repairs is fine, but these reps were too persistent!"

"The furnace repair went without a hitch and the gentleman who did the repairs was great. The hot water heater replacement had an issue where the gas was leaking after the repair and had to call National Grid in and then call Universal. The leak should have been discovered at the time of installation as the connection was never secured which cause the gas leak."
