"SILA called to offer their annual heating inspection services given that I was a prior customer. The gentlemen they sent, Ivan, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went over and above, and spent a lot of time explaining the parts of my boiler to me and likely failure points, gave some recommendations on my aging indirect water tank, and even answered a few questions I had regarding thermostat wiring. He was very patient, and left everything clean and exactly the same was as he had found it. He wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was very respectful. I've used SILA for my annual inspection every year the past five or so years."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"HARP was prompt, courteous and the two reps went right to work on our normal maintenance cleaning of our heating and hot water heater, under our contract for service. We take issue with the relentless up selling they attempted with my husband. Some of it would of had us pay a great deal of money, that was not necessary at this time.
