Look, I don't typically leave reviews but you should be aware that this particular branch (likely a franchisee) will not respond if you have an issue. They tell you that they will send a tech and an inspector out upon initial sign up and, if it's like my experience, they will not send the inspector out to look for other issues in your home and claim it;'s because of staffing issues. I will give credit to the fact that they did come and spray around the house and treated the interior. I will also say the tech was pretty good. But they have, so far, refused to refund any portion of the initial cost for the inspection service they didn't provide. They claim its a free service, yet would not provide the inspection had aI not signed up for the first service visit. Not sure how that is a "free inspection" but according to their logic it is. Again, don't believe me, believe the horrid reviews on BBBs website and judge for yourself."
