The 4 story old town home is historic, the exterior could not be altered; a huge undertaking. Dave managed the process with precision and craftsmanship that exceeded my expectations. He reframed the house from the inside out, redid both decks and reinforced one to accommodate a hot tub, built blackened custom steel beams stairs and kitchen bar that everyone is in awe of plus much more. I can not emphasize enough that without Dave this house would not be the showpiece that it is. Dave's attention to detail is impeccable, catching other contractors' errors before payment so I had some leverage to get them to fix it, saving me thousands of dollars. If you want bespoke high-end work at a reasonable price, and someone who really cares, Brighton is the only game in town."
