"We sign a contract in November of 2022 for a patio project and we were promised it would like like the house and what the Renders would look like. But it fall very short of that. Ran into, problems left and right. But then never fix the issue with the project after meeting with them so I call the Contracting board and When the contracting board got Involved They still didn't know how to fix their mistakes. And didn't know if they did anything wrong. But the project was missing a lot of structural issues and Never followed blueprints. They said they passed but when I call the city they said you only passed Sheer Not framing and couldn't make them fit it. I recommend staying away from this company. If you like headaches, this is the number one headache. Matthew Is a great sales person but Integrity, he does not have."

"Tony was hired twice for 2 seperate jobs. First was to install large format tile into previously carpeted rooms (Labor only). The second job was to replace the shower floor and drain in the primary bathroom. Tony did outstanding work in both jobs. We will not hesitate to hire Tony again on any future work. Tony is professional, upfront and priced fair. He has honored his commitments completing the jobs as promised and on schedule, in budget, and with high quality work"

My current property's job included the demolition of existing grass, installation of an elaborate flagstone patio, a patio cover, chef's herb garden, several mature trees, and xeroscape/water efficient design. S&S delivered an amazing design that exceeded my expectations. With color, fragrance, custom iron work, hidden pathways and resting areas, I feel as if I am in my own private desert wilderness. As I mentioned, this is a second home that S&S has designed for me and they continue to exceed my expectations. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was not pushy and it actually felt like talking to a pal. He set me up with an appointment for Dor Avrahami, who is a project manager. Dor came out to my home, listened to my ideas, measured and took photos. He explained their process and what to expect. The quote was ready in a few days and I stopped in to their office to for a detailed walk through of what my remodel would entail. When you expect professionalism and first class communication, Dor is your man! His daily communication skills and how he is on top of every aspect of the remodel is extremely impressive. I can't express how refreshing it was to see this level of communication and thoroughness. The cost itself is fair market, the materials used were high quality and their overall experience with vendors / makers is a huge plus. I felt I would be in good hands with this company and their reputation speaks for itself. Highly recommend."
