"Tridel Construction was wonderful from start to finish. We had flooring replaced throughout our house, painting done throughout the house, had the cabinets refinished in the bathrooms, had toilets and a sink replaced as well as a countertop in the bathrooms, and remodeled the kitchen. Tridel contacted us and met with us very quickly to get the ball rolling on our projects. We first met with Andy Zhukov who went over all the projects we wanted to do and met with us to select some materials. It was a pleasure meeting with Andy and he was always available to answer our questions or send a new cost breakdown when we changed our minds on things. We then met with Arsen Sayyants to sign the contract and begin work on our house. Arsen and his team are amazing! He always took the time to answer our questions, he would check on the work being done, and he made sure that we stayed within our budget if changes were made. He also made some awesome suggestions for our kitchen and bathroom projects. We took his advice and they turned out more spectacular than we had imagined! Our neighbors have projects they'd like done as well and we have recommended Arsen and Tridel Construction to them too. "Matt and Andy are two of the best human beings on the planet! I took bids from multiple contractors to build out my chiropractic / yoga space called 20/20 ChiroYoga, (I only mention this so you know it is a legitimate review) and I immediately liked them both and felt they were going to be honest, sincere, and they had some great ideas for my project. We re-did an entire space from top to bottom as it was practically an empty shell. From the time we hired them at the end of August, they were were hustling to help get me open and we passed our final inspections on November 2nd! It only took 9 weeks and we went from a drawing on graph paper that I had done, to architect, to permits, to actual construction. We had our Grand Opening on November 5th and our space looks beautiful. I will post some pictures so everyone can see what we started with and what we finished with. "The cover looks great, nice material, alumawood is very nice and sturdy and no painting to do forever vs a wood patio that you have to maintain constantly, this was the third one I had this company build for me on my new home. Sharon and Valerie were great to work with, very pleasant and kept me in the loop as to day of installation. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a solid patio cover that you don't have to paint ever and will with stand over 100 mph winds. The price was very reasonable and it included the concrete stump and installation of the concrete slab.."

Scott (owner) came to the house, took measurements for what I wanted, color-matched to the existing screen room, and gave me a very reasonable estimate price. They are experienced in dealing with HOA Review Committees so they submitted my proposal for me. Once approved and our install date was set they applied for the building permit on my behalf (cost included in overall pricing upfront). Priscilla (office) kept me informed of everything related with the project on a timely basis.
