"I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. "As I said in my review of May 17, 2013 I did not know shutters could be used as closet doors. On May 17, Shawn (Sunburst) assured me he could install the doors to slide just as my mirrored doors had. I called Darik (Sunburst), and he came out to take the measurements and provide an estimate.  During the install every item fit correctly.  The measurements were exact. Shawn came out and completed the install.  His attention to detail was impressive.  He made sure every item fit correctly.  I was surprised how good the doors looked, and how well they opened and closed.  He adjusted the doors to make sure the operation of each door was smooth and easily opened and closed. How many “ workers “ come into one’s home, do a project, and leave without doing a good job of cleaning up after themselves. This was not the case with Shawn. As he went from room to room doing his install he picked up after himself, THEN – when he was all finished – he vacuumed every room he had worked in. YES !!  I highly recommend this company. All my dealings with them have been great. After Sunburst installed closet doors for us to replace our mirrored doors on July 2nd, 2013, we decided we would like the header trim larger.  We contacted Darik at Sunburst who said that would not be a problem and he arranged for the scheduler to call and set up a day and time for Shawn to add more trim.  We wanted to schedule a specific day (Friday) for the install, so we had to wait a little longer for an opening but, that was not a problem at all. Shawn arrived on the scheduled Friday with more trim and completed all three bedrooms with no effort at all.  He does exceptional work and he took whatever time was needed to make sure everything fit perfectly before he left.  Thanks to Shawn our closet doors look better than ever."

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."
