"The plummer forgot to take off the wrapper inside the water tub before leaving. I had a small flood and had to figure it out myself after he left. The cost was $185.00 per toilet for a total of $370.00 to replace the flushing mechanisms. After he left, I was told by my VA Medical Center home worker I was taken for a ride."

"Excellent ... the repairman had to come back a second time but he did a great job taking care of the problem ... I really highly recommend the repairman ... he was friendly, straight forward and competent."

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

"We’ve managed commercial properties for over 25 yrs, and impact plumbing is by far the best commercial vendor we have ever used. They’re on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone commercial or residential. They even handle our personal homes now as well. Hard to find good work these days, and they definitely perform."

"Excellent! Great quality of work -- They truly care about doing a perfect installation! Mike was prompt and responsive on bidding the job, and explained the implications of the changes I threw at him. Drew and the team were very diligent, and worked hard to keep us informed about what they were doing. The quality of the tile installation is the best I've seen. Working with a large format tile, in a diagonal set was complex, but every joint is level, and even. They also replaced all of our baseboards, and these look great too."

"I have used Hague in the past and have always been pleased with the results. Plumber is professional and helpful in discussing what needs t be done."

"He was right on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Great work for sure. Very happy. He does not seem to speak English completely fluently but that wasn’t a problem."

"Excellent.  From the first moment I met Bruce (where he did a free estimate and was extremely professional and detailed) to the completion of the job, it was very easy to do business with this company.  Both Bruce and his office manager, Trillian, are highly responsive to phone calls or texts.  The work was done flawlessly and as promised (ceiling was resurfaced and painted, as though he wasn't even there).  I'd like to see Bruce or Trillian call or text each day with an update on the progress of the work, rather than me having to call them, but that's a small piece of feedback in the larger scheme of things.  Overall, this is a first-rate service provider.

"Robert Abrego (owner) and his crew from Home Improvements Enterprise were wonderful. The company is from Las Vegas, NV. and our home is Pahrump, NV. From purchase to installation was a total of 15 days. Roberts crew on the installment were very efficient and professionial , after completion they took all the old windows for disposal. I will be utilizing Robert's company again in 2020 for the remaining 3 windows as their are the most affordable with great results. Pahrump NV"

"Very good job, because of the job we had to help but kinda knew that was a possibility I was aware of. Great to work with and got a very fair deal partially because we were willing lend a hand. Have a woodworking business and I was installing some new breakers and outlets in my shop. So he did need a little help running some wire, long stretch about 80ft and conduit was already installed and had a couple 90 degree corners tough job for any one guy."
