"I have used Elite A/V several times and keep returning to them for my home Internet and media needs. FIrst I had a robust home wireless network installed with modem, router, and WAPs. I ended up with a 5g and 2g personal and guest network. They were thorough in testing signal strength and selecting WAP placement. Carmine always line items the estimate in great detail and reviews with you so you can understand what it is and decide if wanted. I appreciated hearing options and pricing so I could make choices. They have subsequently talked me through a couple resets when Cox or the router hiccups and they are always gracious with my subsequent tech support inquiries. The wireless upgrade work was about $2700 I then hired them to wall mount a 75 in tv which I ended up purchasing through them as the price was equal to anything I could find online or through a store sale. It was so much easier having them bring it and unpack and just take care of it all. After discussing sound options, we purchased the Sonos system - soundbar for tv and subwoofer. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and expertise. It all looks great, wires all hidden..Apple tv hidden behind. I then extended the Sonos system with controllers connected to existing hard wired system. We reviewed options togethers and decided to connect to existing built in speaker system as the sound was good. Now I have audio streaming throughout the home segmented by room and cintrolled from mobile devices. The price for the tv, Sonos bar, subwoofer install was about install about $3800. I do not recall the cost of the Sonos controllers for the rest of the home. Carmine genuinely listens to you and offers options in various price ranges so that the customer can make an informed choice. Nestor, one of the techs, is very knowledgeable and helpful and I learn from him so I can trouble shoot. On the few occassions when the router has hiccupped, they responded quickly and talked me through the reset. I would say that network reliability is about 99% but I plan to purchase a device to monitor network and reset as needed. I have subsequently turned to them to mount my updated Apple tv to the flatscreen and to wall mount a new tv. I plan to continue using them for future home networking options (e.g., thermostats and lights)"

"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

"Jason is a very amiable and professional young man. He installed our system quickly, and tested it to make certain evrything worked correctly. Partway through the installation my wife asked if there was a way to have the windows open part way and still have the alarms work. It didn't phase him in the least. He quickly expained that he could do that, then showed us what he was doing and how to set the system with the windows open. <br /> A couple of days later we had a problem with the garage door being partially open at night so I asked him if we could alarm the door. I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

"Called Vinney @ All-In Installations because of great reviews on Angie's list.  Everything good that's been reported about him and his service is true.  Apparently they are now doing business as Cordello following their merger, but that didn't change the outstanding service.  Vinney showed up as scheduled on a Friday, & got back to me quickly on Monday with an estimate giving me some equipment options (speakers) I could choose from.  We set an appointment for the installations and he showed up on schedule.  He and his assistant worked steadily for about 7 hours installing 5 speakers and routing wiring, etc. for the patio TV.  I also had them install two additional GFI electrical outlets on the patio, so the outside took a little longer than expected.  When they finished, they cleaned up meticulously and made sure everything was done properly by testing and balancing the speaker outputs.  I would HIGHLY recommend Vinney and Cordello to anyone. <br />"
