The drawbacks were that the person who assessed the situation was different from the two workmen who came to install the new garbage disposal, and that neither of the workmen spoke English. I had no opportunity to ask whether the existing disposal could be fixed (it was relatively new) or if it absolutely had to be replaced. For a $700 total cost, I would like to have been sure. Having said that, everything works as it should and my sink is working again."

"Chandlers did a great job. They quoted the repair and got to work. We also added the replacement of the sewer line as the main water line was being replaced. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. I was very pleased with the rapid repair and accommodating the additional work. They made what could have been an ordeal but got it done in 4 days total. "US Trenchless (Ross) preformed an inspection for us on a house we were buying. After we bought it, he installed a sewer access in the backyard. It was pretty cool to see the sewer pipe via their sewer camera. Very professional team doing the work. They left our backyard in the same condition as before.
