We are the type to ask alot of questions and Mark took his time in answering all of them while building trust in his work ethic. This job was a three day process and we were able to be home during that time.  We saw there work first hand. Mark and Kevin showed great care moving our appliances and worked well together, quickly and efficiently while being friendly and explaining as they went if asked.  They communicated well as we knew what step to expect next. They arrived promptly and always cleaned up from their work. As an example, when cutting underlayment outside the front door on the cement driveway, they vacuumed up the sawdust before leaving for the day.  The store is owned by the Locker family and we dealt with Aimee Locker, a young lady who is more than knowledgeable about her products and the people who work for her. She was as willing to please, efficient and friendly as she could be. We appreciated working with her through every detail and would definitely do business with her again."
