He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. "Initial meeting with Power was very informative and professional. They do try to push you to purchase right there and then with a 1 time discount. Did our entire roof in one day in January. The crew was on time and polite. It was dark by the time they finished and they were going around my house with a cell phone flashlight trying to finish clean up. They missed some debris (old shingle scraps) in the backyard. The dumpster was supposed to picked up the next day but wasn't picked up for a few days after I spoke with the Qaulity Control Manager."
