"Prompt response… very professional! I have been without a sink for two weeks, called a few companies and no follow up.. "I have worked with Proactive before and they were excellent. This project called for removing of existing sinks and replacing them with under mounted sinks. The staff member in the office was going to speak to the owner to see if they were willing to install the under mounts, since they normally do not. But since I was a previous customer, the owner might reconsider. They never got back to me. I contacted Angie's List again and they set me up with someone different. He is coming next week to begin the project."
