"My a/c wasn't working - we just moved into a home that had been vacant for almost 2 years.  I received quotes to fix the problem close to $3,000.00 and doesn't include labor (it was the motor to our a/c, HOME DEPOT was one of the quotes we received.  I called Mr. Llanes, and he sent Wally.  They came as expected and cleaned the coils and replaced the motor for 1/3 of what home depot and the other guys were quoting me.   3 weeks later,  the heater wasn't working and I called Llanes again and Wally came to service the unit on the same day and problem was fixed.  I would highly recommend these guys over and over again!"

"They were wonderful, He explained what I needed but did not push anything on me. I have COPD and we were changing our air filters twice a month, and he suggested we put in ultra violet lights, and what they do is stop the mold and the bacteria. It's like an air purification. That's what it takes care of. Like I said he came out and diagnosed it for me and gave me a reasonable price. He comes out every 6 months and does air duct treatments, and is very knowledgeable."
