Mike was back again early the next morning. He worked for several hours in the heat of the sun removing the old core and replacing it with the new one. This was a costly process for me, but these folks made the overall experience a lot less painful than it might have otherwise been. From now, if I need anything done, I'll be calling these folks. "It's been over 2 years sinces they have fixed my hvac unit. They were prompt, courteous, and accurate. I had another local big name company out twice to fix my hvac and the 3rd time they said they needed to rewire my unit to the thermostat because the electrician that moved it didn't do something right. Needless to say I told them not to come back that it was bogus to think that was needed. I dealt with the reoccurring problem for months until I couldn't any longer. I called this company.
