"Both instances I contracted this vendor they incorrectly measured and delivered the product. I now have sliders that do not fit because they measured wrong and they now will not respond to any requests to fix the issues. I paid $3000 down of the $4000 bill. I originally contracted them on December 20th 2019 and paid the $3000 down, they finally delivered the incorrect sliders on May 15th 2020 and now will not answer my phone calls/texts to resolve."
