"It was by far the best service we've ever received from a service provider! I happened to meet Mr Wallace at the local Sherwin -Willams paint store during a Sunday afternoon supply run. As we both were waiting for an available sales clerk we chatted and Mr Wallace was a wealth of information on home improvement "how to" advice. As we parted I casually asked if he knew of contractors willing to do our small job. I was at this point, in a panic because the day before I learned my daughter, her fiancé, their pets and all of their belongings would be moving back home as they both got jobs in Indy! We had two bathrooms and two bedrooms in the throws of remodel caos and the contractor we thought would be available had just informed us our project was now scheduled to start in October! During his first visit he continued to give me helpful advice on painting, flooring and general "contractor" insider tips. His pricing was very competitive and the scoop of work left NOTHING overlooked! On the agreed start day Mr Wallace arrived with his crew and walked them through all of the planned work. He returned that evening to check on the progress, in fact Mr Wallace checked on the progress and quality of the work everyday of the three day job. With his guidance we also performed the tasks we needed to do, in the evenings, to be ready for the tradesmen arriving next. Over the past four months we have undergone several home improvement projects: landscaping, exterior house painted, foundation and masonry work, plumbing, whole house carpet cleaning, roof and window work... a total of 10 service providers, with over 30 dudes and dudettes working on my property! Without a doubt Wallace Construction Group was by far the most professional, most helpful, most trustworthy, most respectable. "If  you want to hire an experienced contractor that understands time allowance, costs, and the right way to do things, hire Jack.  He finished my kitchen renovation that another contractor left unfinished a year ago.  I called Jack to paint, trim down, and install my closet door, properly finish my engineered flooring, including 5 thresholds the original contractor left undone, build and paint all my trim work, including custom made base, window, and door trim to match the rest of my house.   Jack finished painting what was left unpainted, filled in nail holes, sanded and painted throughout my kitchen.  He installed 2 built-in shelves,  3 door locks, hung 2 heavy mirrors and a coat rack for me.  He even stacked 3 cabinets on my back kitchen wall for me to give me more storage.  My kitchen is finally completed to my satisfaction, thanks to Jack.   I am very happy. <br />      Jack is a likable guy.  If you are honest with him, he will be honest with you.  He is a professional at what he does and it shows.  My job took a couple of days longer than estimated, but Jack stayed true to his original cost. <br /> <br />"

"The May tornado damaged the roof, deck and interior basement (ceiling and French doors.)  The slow progress has been because of the insurance company not Paitson Bros. Though, the work has not been done yet I have found them to be extreme professional and cooperative. They arrived on time for the initial meeting and did a complete and thorough estimate of the damage. In fact, it was because of  Paitson that the insurance company sent a second adjuster to re-examine the first evaluation which was made while two trees were laying on the roof. Paitson indicated that while only 1/3 of the roof was damaged it need to be replaced entirely due to its age (12 year old roof.)  The second insurance adjuster completely concurred with Paitson's assessment for total roof replacement. I, knowing nothing about roofing, would have accepted a patch without Paitson Bros illustrating why the entire roof needed to be replaced. I will report back in once the job is complete and I am sure that it will be a good report.  Paitson Bros has a long-standing quality brand name in the roofing and remodeling business and will make sure that quality standing is maintained.i"
