"Due to a misunderstanding about placement of the fence (our mistake with our HOA) we had to move 3 posts that had already been dug up. They did this with very little complaint and with no additional cost to us! They also dug 3 other post holes for a garbage can hide-away and put up 2 sides of 8' fencing to hide our garbage can...at no additional cost to us. (They used scrap pieces from other jobs, but they were matching pieces!) The installers were very friendly and professional. Our yard is on a bit of an incline and they even dug out a trench to countersink the fence so that the top of the fence would be level. I would use them and recommend them again. <br />"

"I had previously contracted with one of the big box companies to replace a hot water heater that had quit working in one of our rentals.  They failed to show up.  I canceled that contract and called Landon.  Because the person living in the apartment had no hot water, Landon said he  would make time to complete the job that day as he considered the situation an emergency.  We were very grateful for his caring nature.  Landon brought the new hot water heater and he and a helper installed the until that afternoon.  The space for removing the old unit was very tight.  The trim and dry wall had to be torn down in another apartment during a previous install.  We told Landon we understood that they would probably need to do the tear down and then repair the damage in this one as well.  Landon and his helper worked and struggled until they got the unit out with no damage.  There was hot water flowing when the tenant returned that evening.  That is about as good as it gets!"

We have between 10 and 30 employees depending on the amount of work taking place. Billing is monthly on large projects, more often on smaller projects, and total amount is due upon completion of work.
