They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. "Let me start with Donnie and his employees (when they show up) do a very good job. The work is high quality. The bidding process is not standard. The prices fluctuate as things become noticeable throughout the job, which is understandable. Donnie could improve upon this by investing in a bidding software such as Stackct or Capterra. Our project did run a bit longer than normal due to unforseen circumstances, weather, and due to lack of help on the job. Overall we are very pleased with the work performed. I am giving Donnie an A on my review because I want him to do well with his business, but I hope he will improve on his punctuality and work on a better bidding process that clearly indicates what you are paying for up front. He is not a scam artist or crook like others mentioned in previous reviews. He is a single dad just trying to make a living."

"Went very well.  Removed old rotted post.  Mixed and poured concrete base for new post.  Cut and installed new post.  Looks great, should last as long as the house.  Very happy with work.  I was present when Richard came and removed the old post and poured concrete.  Was very enjoyable sharing Snellville area memories with him while he worked.  Missed being there when he came back to install new post.
