"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

the whole experience went very well,  called them and they got back to us rather fast. setup a date for them to come out to check the work and they gave us a price which we felt was very reasonable for what needed to be done, they kept in contact as to when they could come and were here on 9/26/2014.  the boards were rotted and when they went further found support board that needed to be replaced. they put a coat of primer paint on which was a nice surprise. and the stars on the garage peak just look great. what more can I say but a big thank you, now on trick or treat nite my porch will be safe for the children, thank you Reichardt Remodeling
