"Originally the project was for a remove and rebuild of the front porches for my 2-family house. They were falling apart, windows were old & odd sizes and wood needed to be replaced due to rot, etc. Steve & his crew found that a total removal was not necessary. They replaced the old footings bringing the porches to the proper level, reduced the # of windows needed, replaced them with beautiful sliders, replaced the floors, stained the new interior wood to coordinate with the stained wood ceilings & walls, installed 2 new doors, updated the porch lights and weatherproofed all the outside areas. "Wayne was very professional from start to end and communication was excellent throughout the process. I had recently moved in and the stairs to our backyard was in terrible condition. From doing just a regular basic small deck, we quickly started to exchange ideas to do something bigger. I wanted a deck that would be weatherproof underneath so I could use the area under to either store stuffs or even dine in case of rain. Once the deck was done, I quickly realized that my head was close to the ceiling when I was standing under. He suggested that we dig a few feet lower to give me head space. We were able to add recessed lights and it looks so nice! Finally, he suggested that a pergola would be nicer then an awning. Indeed, we can use the pergola even during rain and windy days and at night by close the shades to prevent mosquitoes. He helped me with the installation of the pergola also which wasn't easy. The final result is stunning and we get so many praises from our friends!"

Ryan is knowledgeable having done this work most of his life, he also was always in communication with us during the project and always punctual. A number of years later we had additional work done on our home through another company which we ended up having issues with. The roof was originally blamed for the issue so I contacted Ryan. He came out the very next day, investigated, took pictures and proved it was the siding companies error not his.
