"Their rep was extremely helpful in selecting a color and figuring out the best width of carpet to minimize seams that might trip one of our little kids. The only problem was that their rep had said the installers would glue the wooden strips to our concrete basement floor. The installers showed up and started hammering them into our concrete basement floor, which is not ideal. Apparently gluing the wooden strips requires doing the glue requires coming one day, and then coming another day to actually put down the carpet. Hopefully the nails in the concrete floor won't cause moisture problems... Otherwise they were great; the result looks great."

"What a GREAT experience from start to finish. We had the Carpet Man install out living room and two stairways. The two brothers arrived on time and ready to work. They were polite, efficient and new their job completely. Vacuumed and cleaned up when finished, they even offered to move all our furniture back in place. Imad and his father at the store were very helpful. If you need carpet they are fair, have a large selection and very professional. "

"Elite got our large, old, slightly worn out Persian rug really clean. I had it cleaned because my old dog died on it and there was, sadly, a very unpleasant odor. Not only did Elite get ALL traces of that odor out of the rug, the rug came back looking so shiny and nice. (And it didn't smell like any kind of perfume or scent.) I've had this rug cleaned numerous times and this was the best, hands down. The owner and his helper were very courteous, laid down the carpet and the new pad perfectly, and did everything right on time. Oh, and for a very good price."

"After sending an e-mail to Petersen's Carpet & Flooring, I was promptly contacted by Gayle Petersen. She scheduled a time to visit the cabin to take measurements, and after that visit I stopped by the showroom to pick out different flooring options. She provided her expertise as I looked at different options but also gave me space to explore what was available. (She even insisted that I eat some blueberries from her lunch after noticing I was a little hungry!) I decided to use a combination of carpet, luxury vinyl, and solid hardwood in various areas of the cabin. Gayle even made a followup visit to the cabin to help me determine whether the lines in the vinyl I originally picked out would work with the bathroom, which had many weird angles. Ultimately we settled on a different pattern that better fit the geometry of the room. The three types of flooring were installed by three different teams of installers across four different days, and Petersen's Carpet & Flooring worked with me to find dates that fit in my schedule. Each installation team was prompt, courteous, and professional -- I have no complaints about the quality of their work or the finished product. They worked very hard. The final result looks great! Throughout the entire process, I kept in touch with Gayle, and she quickly answered any questions I e-mailed her. Carrie was also a great help, assisting with scheduling and keeping me up to date. The new flooring really freshened up the cabin; I'm glad I chose Petersen's Carpet & Flooring and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. It was a pleasure working with Gayle and the team -- they're good folks. I sure don't miss the pink carpet!"

"We ordered a rug from Carpet Yard in 2012 and then had them install some wall-to-wall carpeting in our basement in 2013. In both cases they were nice, responsive, and easy to deal with. They let us bring swatches home for a week or so to compare in our space, were easy to get on the phone, and had good availability for scheduling delivery and installation. We shopped around a little and I found their prices to be somewhat higher then the national companies, but then again, they didn't demand that I order the carpets on the same day I got the estimate like one of the other places I looked at. A slightly higher price seemed like a fair exchange for better service and for supporting a local store."

"This is the third full house of carpeting I have purchased from Airpark Carpet since 1999. Each time we moved and installed new carpeting, this business meets and exceeds my expectations. <br /> The owner is very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Just an all around nice, no frills kind of guy. Nothing fancy about his showroom decorating, (needs to be updated) but he has every brand of new carpeting you can find. Obviously, the no frills warehouse-type atmosphere has meant I get better priced carpeting because his quote was a couple hundred dollars less expensive for 150 sq. yards of carpeting as compared to 3 other stores that we checked out in the area. My wife and I appreciated that there was no pressure, up-selling or pricing/games. He also gave us a discount since we were returning customers. We're happy and will be back again. <br />"

"If we could give Dominion Carpet more than 5 stars we would. Had the opportunity to work with Joey Garzon and his crew, Juan, Roman and Kevin. These guys know what the word service is. Joey came to assess the work, provided us with an estimate (the same day) on refinishing (sand, stain, and finish) our floors, baseboards and shoe moulding. We were able to schedule the start date within a week (could had done it earlier but we had delays with our General contractor). We had to rescheduled our appointment due to more delays on our contractor, but Joey was very accommodating and understanding. Joey diligently addressed all our concerns and patiently awaited on us to make decisions (shoe moulding or no shoe moulding). <br /> Overall, we are very pleased with the job done  and professionalism of Joey and his crew. Our floors look brand new and the guys did exactly what he had asked. Thank you, Dominion Carpet for the outstanding customer service! <br />"

"Overall, this was a really great experience. Bob Coe provided estimates quickly and answered all of my questions. He was at my condo when the workmen arrived, to make sure that everything was squared away. He also got the job done in one day, then returned a few days later to make sure that I was happy with the results. They were somewhat more expensive than the other options I considered, but the carpet is extremely high quality and the customer service was superb. Definitely recommend. <br />"

"They were very wonderful.  They ripped out all of the old carpet and then allowed my painters to come in, do all of their work and finish.  This was a great help.  They then came back in and put in all new carpet.  Also, one spot of hardwood we asked them to replace and instead of replacing it they refinished it.  After this, it looked brand new. "
