I think we’re all used to even the small jobs dragging as your contractor races back-and-forth between you and other folks. "It seems that communication is not a priority w/ Greentree. For example, the workers didn't show up when scheduled, and we rec'd no call to let us know that they had problems and couldn't make it. Then, while attempting to reschedule the job, we encountered what appeared to be significant communication issues in the office - a "right hand, left hand" sort of thing. Even the estimator attempted to bridge the communications gap. Eventually talked to who we think was the office manager, and things got straightened out quickly and satisfactorily."
