"Michael Beatty is the founder and owner of Semper Fi landscaping. I met him when he came over to see what was needed. I was initially hesitant to ask any pro company to do the project because it was really very small and possibly “beneath “many companies. But Michael was very reassuring and seemed happy to help. I think we’re all used to even the small jobs dragging as your contractor races back-and-forth between you and other folks. And it’s obvious that this company is busy, but they arrived and completed work when expected. The company team worked quickly and efficiently. So they seem to be very well organized. It’s always nice to be able to relax and let the pros take over. Much appreciated, Semper Fi Landscaping!"

"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

He called back on Sunday and alos came out on Sunday to look at the project and offer a quote and on Wednesday, he and his crew completed the rather big job. No fuss no muss! I only had a few small branches to pick up, but his crew pretty much got it all and even came back 1 more time to do some final trimming that I wanted at no charge. Good guy and good service."

"It seems that communication is not a priority w/ Greentree. For example, the workers didn't show up when scheduled, and we rec'd no call to let us know that they had problems and couldn't make it. Then, while attempting to reschedule the job, we encountered what appeared to be significant communication issues in the office - a "right hand, left hand" sort of thing. Even the estimator attempted to bridge the communications gap. Eventually talked to who we think was the office manager, and things got straightened out quickly and satisfactorily."
