"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.

These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. "Gomez and Claudia were great to work with and the value of the service was incredible.  There was moderate damage from prolonged leakage to several mounting boards, soffit, and a rake board.  Everything was taken care of as part of the installation job.  They even touched up the new soffit that was replaced with paint I had left over that was color matched.  

The end result is my new gutters look great and are a huge upgrade from what was previously installed.  A+ Highly recommended!"

THE OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS OUT WAS LEAF FILTER OR GUTTER HELMET, I DONT REMEMBER. THE GUY WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT WAS GETTING MAD WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO DO RESEARCH.
