He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached.
