"They did a same-day house call. They cleaned the flame sensor to get it working again. Several parts were old and need to be replaced. They gave me a quote for fixing the rest. Brian and Kyle came out to the house. They were perfect - friendly, professional, explained everything to me clearly. It was $125 to come out and $90 every 1/2 hour for the diagnostic. Total: $305. A little pricey, but not bad to get your heat working again on short notice."

But he said if it continued he'd call New England Drain Service. He told me they were honest and very good at what they do. His main caution: "Do NOT call RotoRooter, they will charge two or three times as much." Well, it happened yesterday in a new and alarming manner, Couldn't remember the name, so I called my cousin, who called me back and said they would be here within the hour. And they were.
