"We recently hired Bob to tackle several different projects and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Bob is a true professional who takes immense pride in doing things the right way—he doesn't cut a single corner. Corrected an Attic Ladder: The first handyman we hired made a dangerous mistake during installation. Bob diagnosed the issues, corrected the errors, and made the ladder completely safe and sturdy. Flawless Wall AC Removal: He removed an in-wall AC unit, then patched and painted the area inside and out. His drywall and exterior patching work is marvelous; you literally cannot tell there was ever an AC unit there. Plumbing & Tiling Repair: He successfully removed a frozen shower faucet and tiled a section of the bathroom wall that had been left exposed after water baseboard removal. He is incredibly honest and left us with all the remaining materials purchased for our job. I would highly recommend him for complex, detail-oriented projects where you need a perfect."

"I tried to hire 5 different contractors. Chris is the only one that called back and came back. He kept to the budget and he finished in a reasonable time. Jim showed up and did a great job on two complete bathroom gut jobs and a laundry room gut job. Having an old house they helped me work through the potential problems. The subs that they work with were great too. I will be having them back for my next project."

"we hired Daddy and junior the third time. this time to finish our sunroom renovation. the job was done excellent again. there was a lot of details needed for the work as we had exposed beams in the ceiling and they did a great job. i will definitely hire them again for my next renovation job."

"I first heard of Radiant Plus from a flyer that arrived in the mail advertising window cleaning and from the moment of first contact regarding a price estimate for the job--which included window cleaning inside and out, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing our home's exterior--to the final handshake at the job's completion, the Radiant Plus Services team was fantastic. They were professional, responsive, hard-working and entirely willing to go above and beyond to get the job done and to do it to the very best of their ability. The team arrived on time on a hot summer day and they worked hard throughout the sweltering day, even staying late to finish up their work. Their price was fair; they honored the discount advertised on their flyer; they were a pleasure to work with; and the work they completed was superlative. I'll hire them every year. "

"Quick response to my call and got it done within a week of my request. Courteous and affable fellows. Repairs look great. Will have them back for work on a rock wall."

"My kitchen and bathroom renovations are in process. United Home Solutions was willing to step into renovations in process when the first contractor could not continue. The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."

"Well but a part for one window has to be ordered"
