"Repair successfully completed, very professional, very courteous. Lindstrom's personnel has a mandate we believe to try to upsell services to customers - we are on a maintenance contract with them. This can be bothersome but we have learned to listen and learn and usually say no. They do not do a hard sell so if you say no they get it. We recently sold our home and were happy that at one point we had the UV lights installed for the AC units and in working order -- per the Lindstrom suggestion. The new homeowner was happy with that."

I have been struggling with finding a provider that would customize something for my needs - most companies I had dealt with would basically send me a self installation package and start billing once the equipment was in place. David came out to my house on a Saturday and really took his time evaluating all entry points as well as checking all existing sensors I had in place (I had an old system which got replaced by a new one from Radio Alarms). Additionally, he checked all of the existing wiring to make sure all sensors were properly connected to the main unit. He spent nearly six hours at my property making sure the new system was properly installed and functioning, and he also replaced all bad sensors. Finally, he spent time walking me through the system features, including virtual activation through an website/app. Great experience with very competitive pricing! The other thing I liked about Radio Alarms is the fact I actually spoke to David (owner) when I first called to get information about the deal and services offered. He was extremely patient, spend a great deal of time with me on the phone giving me an overview of their product and was very punctual meeting the agreed time for installation.
