Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process. Marco followed up to ensure we were totally satisfied, and to ask if we had any questions about taking caring of the new film. "I have been a faithful customer to Sabrinas Atlantic for 3 yrs. The man that came to my home could not speak English very well so communicating with him was near impossible. He power wash frame on my screen patio and took off a lot of the paint. Patio floor has lightly power washed and left ground in dirt. Paid $109.00 to have a wall of mirror and glass shelves cleaned which he didn't even do. I notice it after he left and called office. "I had found Window Tint USA Pompano Beach Location on the 3M website. 3M Has Window Tint USA as one of their 3M Pro Shop Dealers in Florida! I had assumed that this South Florida window tinter was the best in their chosen feild! Wow, I was definitely wrong! My appointment time was 9am , and left at 1230. I waited approximately 3.5 hours for 2 front windows to be covered with 3M Crystaline tint film + 2 headlight protection film to be applied on my 2022 Mercedes-Benz G550. I did fall asleep waiting in silence! I was abruptly woken with your Car is ready Mr. Ventrella! I really didn’t check the work, because I was half asleep! When, I got back home I start to see everything! I took my dried up contacts out and placed my glasses on and I was shocked! The film was bubbling up & unraveling in-front of my eyes! The 3m window film did not touch the bottom of the window and all the edges we’re rounding out leaving gaps! The film did not go past the windowsills rubber. Come on now are we amateurs? This wasn’t a DIY PROJECT! On top of that they damaged my leather grab handle on the driver side door from their window solution! My front doors were still wet and very soggy! White residue was visible when they finally dried! Now let’s talk about their headlights protection film, basically they placed the film without removing the plastic headlight cover! So the actual film is visible when looking directly at the headlight’s! The film only covers the headlight plastic opening (The reason I needed the PPF on my headlights because while cleaning my car I used the the wrong microfiber rag and scratched my lens! So by adding the PPF that removes my DIY mistake) What is there excuse? I immediately jumped into my car and headed back over! They wanted to redo it but I’m not waiting another 3 1/2 hours plus I was extremely livid with their “workmanship”I didn’t even want them to touch my vehicle after damaging my door-handle! I was irate to be honest! Their excuse why the window tint wasn’t accurately placed on the window because my rubbers are very tight, & their machine had pre cut the pattern out! Well you’re in the business for 30+ years wouldn’t you know better? Not allow a machine to dictate your work? Then I was told by the owner that I have 3M manufacturer warranty, so I can go anywhere to have it replaced! So just leave the tint on, see how it goes! That portion is verbatim ! Miss using the 3M manufactory warranty on your poor workmanship. They probably want me to come back to use the warranty so they can charge me a surcharge, no thank you ! When I got back home I removed the window tint with one swipe! I wasted 3.5 hours and $350 plus and now I have to go waste another $80 for a leather door grab handle! I emailed Window Tint USA days later showing photos of the film removal so they can issue a full refund! Yet , no response! This happened in March, and I’m reminded daily each time I grab my door handle how horrible of an experience I had with Window Tint USA in Pompano Beach, Fl!"

"We are Hurricane Ian victims. Feels like we are completely being taken advantage of- It has been a nightmare dealing with this company since December! Paul took a $20,000 deposit from us like the world would end if we didn’t drop everything to write him a check immediately. Javier tells us he’s going to call us back but never does. Leo the owner tells us he’s going to call us back but never does. Jay tells us he’s going to call us back with an issue with an order mess up. Leo’s son says he’s going to inform the office of the issues, and I never get a call. Not only are we and our town at a huge loss but here we are being ripped away from our sanity, again, with feeling robbed by shady acts. Wish I read the reviews better prior. Beginning to think our job is way too big for them. Which Paul had no problem walking into my home, selling me expensive doors, with the biggest smile on his face. All of this will be reported to my insurance and to the state of FL. This has been the worst experience of my life!"
