"We called them for a refrigerator repair. We guessed a compressor problem and told them so. They said compressors are the type of job they like. They asked for and was given the brand and model number of our refrigerator before they came out. They said they service our brand/model and said the visit would cost $149, to be applied to any repair. When the technician diagnosed the unit, he agreed it was the compressor. He gave us an estimate and collected his $149. We thought Appliance King was going to do the repair. But less than 5 minutes after they left, they called and said they do not service our brand/model. So, basically, they stole $149 and our time in bad faith."
