He provided a very reasonable quote, but I called 3 other companies for proposals to compare. I ended up back with Pedro, who was available to complete the work very quickly and the most reasonable of all contractors. He and his team were very polite and professional and finished the repairs in one day. I also contracted them to seal the pavers, which they did on a different day. Since the pavers were so old, there were areas that absorbed the sealant more than others, so Pedro returned to seal them a 2nd time. Now the pavers look brand new. I will definitely rehire Pedro in the future and would recommend them for anyone considering this type of work. "

She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. They didn't include things in the price that should have been included, and came back to nickel and dime afterwards. The submitted a new invoice almost a year later and threatened to put a lien on the house when I pushed back. They are terrible and I will tell everyone I can that."
