"$8,250.00 that is what I paid to have Everlast Bathrooms come out and covert my tub to a shower. What a disaster. The salesman Moe told me they had a lifetime warranty but that only lasted less than the time it took to do the job. I was told the job would take a day to a day and a half. The installer came out 1pm and started working. Alex did everything he could to keep me and my son out of the bathroom and from inspecting what he was doing. He claimed the tools were in the way he needed to get done. He did not confirm placement of shelving or grab bars with us but I was assuming that would be done the following day because it was so late. My son saw that he was putting the shelves on the wrong wall and questioned him. Because he had already started he tried to convince us that this was the best way and kept working against our wishes. He also put in the grab bar without checking with us about the correct height, it is 3 inches to low. The entire job took less than three and a h"

"So far we are happy with the quality of the replacement of our shower. That?s SO FAR. As of this post the job has yet to be completed even though the salesman (Wayne Craig) assured us multiple times that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 to 3 days at the longest. The original date of installation was set on 1/29 but I was contacted an hour after the time they were to arrive that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the work for 2/8. Joe showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. However when we talked about the job taking 3 days, he explained that was impossible because he couldn?t take measurements for the door and glass until he was finished with the stone installation. I told him I was told otherwise and he called Pietro to explain this misunderstanding. He was very apologetic and said he would keep me up to date when the door and glass was ready and set a date for installation. I finally called Pietro on 2/20. Still not completed. Disappointing."

"Our first renovation. Think we may need a lawyer. Just contacted our finance company to stop payment. Had a friendly sales guy w pressure sales named Eduardo Bedoya?. Like others he offered to add many additional services to the contract to ?seal the deal?. Then when it came to do it?. Poof. Disappeared. We even had him sign the paper saying it would all get done. Our bathroom looks worse after the remodel. Holes in wall. Gouges where they installed the tiny vanity and took a chunk out of the wall. Scrapes on the shower floor that won?t come out. Great for a new shower. A toilet that rotates and wobbles and you can fall off of. I don?t want to get a response from this company like other posts as I have reached out to them multiple times and they said a manager would reach out but never does! The ?salesman? is now wanted by the sheriffs department for doing what he did to us with others, and the subcontractor ?yes they use subcontractors? also disappeared. 22k for a con job. Crappy ins"
