"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."

"We hired Bolte Construction for complete remodels of the master bathroom and a kid's bathroom. This involved taking both rooms down the studs and moving everything including plumbing and some electricity, removing an outside window and putting in a new sub floor. The bid at first seemed high, but after getting some much lower bids, we realized the other contractors did not really have a grasp on how much we were going to need done and the quality we wanted. Geoff spent the most time at our house and my kids loved him. The communication was great and they didn't seemed phased by the changes in plans were threw at them along the way, including a total change in the master floor plan after we had already started. The subcontractors were all easy to work with and did quality work. The project was completed on time with the only delay being the week we were waiting for the city plumping inspector, otherwise there were people working at our house most weekdays. They respected our family and our home."

Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. There were a few things that I knew before hand that I wanted for sure, one being certain lighting, but Brad had better options available for me than I even knew about. His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. He had suggestions on everything and even talked me out of things that I thought would work good in my home, but he knew it wasn't the right fit for what I was wanting. It was helpful that he has worked with a number of different products so he could tell me the pros and cons to different things. I was also impressed that when Brad told me he was going to do something or be somewhere, he was always there. Every day he said he was going to be working on my house, he was there. It was helpful in keeping the renovating process stress free because I felt that things were moving along in the process, instead of feeling like things were at a standstill. I have no complaints about this process with Quality Home Improvements. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."
