"I am very happy with the product and with the installation experience. The quoting/sales experience is high pressure. Their pricing is not transparent and they want you to sign right away to get a discount. You need to be a good negotiator. Get some other quotes first, so you know what price is good. The installation was done by a sub-contractor but they did a great job, all neat and tidy."

"They made a big deal about taking pictures of the existing gutters (it is an old house). The installer came, did not even look at the pictures, ran two **6-feet gutter free form** from the house to the garage. Blowing in the wind, not attached to anything, looks trashy. After several calls, the installer came back, he was to show up on Saturday afternoon, no show there. More calls to the owner, he came and looked. The installer came again when I was not there, repaired the 6-foot extensions, not the drip over the sidewalk. Stupid me, I even asked for a quote for an additional section to be installed on the front. Nothing. So, unless you want to call every day and supervise the installation, DO NOT USE them!"
