During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. My shower drain needed to be replaced to accommodate the leak proof system. Mike sent out plumber Louise to break open the concrete floor and install the new drain. Louise was professional, efficient, timely, did a wonderful job in 1 1/2 hours. Excellent! Then Mike sent out Juan to do the install of the leak proof pan system, It included liner, interface to drain, forming a shower basin over the membrane. When finished professionally by Juan, you can't go wrong! It turned out professional, everything slopes to the drain. I can do tiling myself. It was beautiful!
