"This is how all companies should conduct business. I am so very impressed with their integrity and professionalism! When I first called, they wanted to chat about what the issue was. The person who took my call, Dave, and Frank, all exceeded my expectations. I now have an A/C company I fully trust and endorse. Situation: I didn't know exactly what the problem was. My A/C just didn't work right on 92+ degree days as it once did. I was thinking I might need more insulation or bigger A/C unit or something. They listened carefully and determined I needed a person to look over everything. Dave came right out. He said my unit was top of the line and did not need a new one. He said my insulation was adequate and insulation was not the issue. There was no charge for Dave's Review. Then he said he would send a technician out that was qualified on my system. In two days Frank D. came out and spent about two hours fixing things. Fran took pictures of the inside of my unit. I had several problems caused by a previous A/C co. They had disabled the two speed operation of the fan and the condenser. This caused condensation to flood the air handler and soak its insulation. When Frank was done everything worked again."
