"Fence Pros Direct did a wonderful job fencing our backyard! We recently bought a house after moving to RI from out of state, and moved in with our two pups. The backyard wasn’t fenced though when we moved in, so the dogs couldn’t go out. I called between 10-15 fence companies, and Fence Pros Direct was the only company that could still fit us in this year. Chad came out, measured the yard, and sent us a quote a few days later. While it wasn’t the lowest quote we received, it was well worth it to use to use a company that communicated well, and was able to come out in an efficient timeframe. Less than two weeks from when I originally reached out, our fence was built! The crew that came out to actually set it up was incredibly friendly, & built the fence in just a few hours. It appears to be very sturdy & well constructed. They answered all my questions, and built it exactly as anticipated. Payments can all be made through an e-check portal, and Chad was always quick to answer any emails & phone calls. I would definitely recommend this company for all your fencing needs!"

"We hired Noah to make our 620 sf basement paint ready. The basement had been flooded and was ripped out down to the studs. We needed him to insulate, hang drywall, plaster, and sand. He was incredibly efficient and organized. He came in and hung the drywall on Thursday, plastered on Friday, let it dry over the weekend, then sanded and finished on Monday and Tuesday. He responded in a timely way via both email and phone, and was able to work within the very fast turnaround we needed. He was also really nice. His work was high quality, and exactly as promised. I would definitely hire Ark again."

"Their goal was to pickup and empty the Bullbag within 2 business days from when i called - they did it in 3. Not too bag. Bagster took us over 1.5 weeks! This company is based in CT. They are like working with our friends. They were professional, easy to work with, and the price was a fixed price - no surprise charges that dumpster companies always hit you with after they pick up the dumpster. The best part of this? We get to keep and reuse our bag again-it's guaranteed for life! No trips to HD anymore!!!! Definitely use them! You won't be disappointed!"

"The job went very well. They crew was very professional, they worked non-stop for a whole day and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. I'm very impressed by the method they used, and obviously they are extremely experienced! However, the communication part could have been better. As other recent reviews have mentioned, I called or emailed the office, they could not give me an answer or even a schedule. I left a message or emailed the office to confirm the appointment, no reply. So I texted Dave directly at 6pm the evening before the job was supposed to be done, Dave replied and the truck broke down. So the job needed to be rescheduled. But somehow Dave and his crew worked overtime and fixed the truck, so we were able to keep the original schedule! The job was done fabulously! If they are more responsive, they would get an easy "A" rating!"
