They didn't do anything to address that or notify us that there was something wrong, and so we noticed it obviously after the fact, so I would say that had they let us know about that, there could have been a repair they could have done, but they didn't. They were here when we needed them. They were on time. For a standard service, they provide standard service. I don't think anything was outstanding."

The number one thing they do best that other companies and I think it is the new business model for a lot of companies is when they call and they don't get you, the actually leave a message. A voicemail message or they send you an email or text. This is our company, this is why we are contacting you. This is the number you can reach us back at. Do you know how many companies I have contacted for services or tried to get services or had to cancel and tried to reschedule and I get 15 different phone calls from various parts of the country because they are using call centers nowadays. I have no idea who is calling, what they are calling about. They say, we have been trying to get a hold of you. I like to deal with local companies. I like to make sure my local companies stay in business because that helps our community. Their price is competitive with everyone else."

Even with the extra repairs they still finished the job ahead of schedule, and on budget. The workers were very friendly and professional, and were quick to answer any questions that I had.
