Get matched with top luxury vinyl flooring installers (materials not provided by consumer) in Bradley, IL

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"Prompt, efficient, neat, created "negative air pressure environment" and wore the white 'space suits' you would expect. Only negative is no arrangement for an air quality test was made, although I called about it afterward - but that was largely uneccesary anyway, we are happy with the results."

"They did a great job, the floor looks great and when finished cleaned everything up and they were super nice guys. Would totally use them again."

"We hired SAL Construction to build us a garage in Morton.
All I can say is WOW!!! Nice, polite, honest, clean, punctual? My husband found
them on Google and after visiting their website we decided to give them a call.
They did everything they said and did a beautiful job right on budget! I recommended
them to my sister who needed a tile floor installed in her kitchen. Scott did
an amazing job on the tile as well. My sister was so pleased? Her & I both
would recommend SAL to everyone. Job well done!

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
